1. All above Hospitals, except for * are also AIA Designated Daycare Centres.
2. There may be Specialists within some Hospitals who are non-participating in the panel.
3. Please ensure Specialist consulted for Outpatient is in the AIA Panel. Should there be any admission required and the Specialist is not participating in the AIA Panel, AIA will not issue Guarantee Letter for the admission.
4. Producing the AIA Health Card as a form of guarantee will not be accepted by the Hospital.
5. Some Hospitals may require deposits upon admission, which are refundable pending guarantee from AIA. Some require deposits to pay for non-covered items under the policy.
6. All arrangements for guarantee of hospital expenses have to be arranged directly by AIA Health Services.
7. In the event that the Insured were to seek medical treatment in any other hospitals not listed above, such claims shall be administered / processed on a reimbursement basis subject to the benefits covered. This means that no guarantee letter will be issued and members will have to pay for the medical treatment sought and submit the bills to the Company for claims processing accordingly.
