Who Can Apply?
Any company group with 5 or more employees. Applicants must be in good health and not suffer from any physical deformity.

Is there an age limit?
Yes. The maximum age for entry is 60 years old. To qualify for the Hospital Income and Surgical Benefit, the applicant must be under 55 years old.

What are the exclusions?
Suicide, disease, military service, AIDS, pregnancy, war, illegal acts, and pre-existing conditions.

What are the special inclusions?
Cover is extended to include gas inhalation, drowning, any sporting activities or games, murder and assault, military air transport service of any government, anywhere in the world, motorcycling, air travel including non-scheduled and chartered flights, food poisoning, etc. Please refer to the Policy document for full details.
